Using the site
Use OneSpace lawfully. Don't submit false information, try to disrupt the service, or collect data from it in bulk with scripts, crawlers or scrapers.
Listings are provided by others
Listings come from owners, brokers and licensed data sources. OneSpace doesn't own the properties, isn't a broker, and doesn't guarantee that a listing is accurate, complete or still available. Confirm details with the lister. Nothing here is an offer, valuation or advice.
If you list a property
You confirm that you own the property or are authorized to list it, that you wrote the description, and that you own the photos or have permission to license them. You keep ownership of your content and grant OneSpace a non-exclusive license to display it to people using OneSpace for as long as the listing is live (and to keep records of what was shown). OneSpace won't pass your listing to other companies without your agreement. We review listings before they go live and may remove any listing. You can withdraw a listing at any time.
Reporting a problem
If something on OneSpace is yours, is wrong, or shouldn't be here, tell us. We pause disputed content while we look into it and remove content that infringes someone's rights.
