How listings work
One place to see listings, built on permission instead of copying.
Where listings come from
Owners, brokers and auctioneers
People list directly on OneSpace. They confirm they're authorized, and they license us to show their text and photos.
Brokerage and syndication feeds
Brokerages that want more buyers send us their listings under a written agreement, with their attribution kept on every listing.
MLS and RESO Web API feeds
Where an MLS or association licenses us its data, we show it only the ways that license allows, and refresh or remove it when it requires.
Public records
Government data such as parcel and assessor information, used under each source's terms.
What we don't do
OneSpace does not scrape other listing sites. We don't copy Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, an MLS or a brokerage website, and we don't copy their photos, descriptions or virtual tours. If a company hasn't agreed to share its listings with us, they aren't here.
Every listing carries its source, when it was listed and when it was last checked. If a source ends its agreement or its data goes out of date, its listings leave OneSpace automatically.
Take part
Own a property? List it for free. Run a brokerage, MLS or data service? Talk to us about a feed. Think something is here that shouldn't be? Report it and we'll pause it while we look.
