Privacy

A plain summary. This is a working draft and will be reviewed by counsel before launch.

What we collect

Browsing OneSpace needs no account; saved properties and searches stay in your browser until you sign in. If you create an account we store your name, email and a hashed password. If you list a property we store the listing, its photos and the contact details you give. If you message a lister or contact us, we store your message and email it to the lister or to our team.

What listers and visitors see

A listing's contact email is never shown publicly; inquiries are forwarded to it. A phone number is shown only if the lister chooses. When you message a lister, they receive your name, email, phone (if you add it) and message.

Maps and location

The map loads tiles from OpenStreetMap and, if you turn a layer on, nearby places from the Overpass service. Searching a place sends that text to OpenStreetMap's Nominatim service. If you tap the location button, your browser asks permission first, and your position is only used to move the map.

How we use it

To run your account, publish and review listings, pass messages along, protect the site from abuse (we use Cloudflare Turnstile and rate limits), and answer you. We don't sell your information.

Your choices

You can edit or withdraw your listings and sign out at any time. To see or delete your data, write to us and choose the privacy topic.
